Email support@protection-zone.ca. Telling us your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened gets you a useful answer far faster.
Create an account with your email address, then tap + on the Trips tab to add your first trip. Give it a destination and dates, and Itinera builds a day-by-day itinerary you can fill in.
Open a trip, tap Share, and enter your travel companion's email address. They'll see the invitation the next time they open Itinera, and once they accept, you can both edit the itinerary and see each other's changes.
The invitation goes to the address they signed up with, so double-check the spelling if it never appears.
We have zero tolerance for abusive behaviour and objectionable content.
Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. We remove violating content and terminate accounts that break our rules.
Profile → Delete Account. You'll confirm your password, and we permanently delete your account, the trips you own, your messages, and your invitations. Trips owned by other people stay with them; you're simply removed as a collaborator.
This can't be undone, so export anything you want to keep first — open a trip and use Share to save a PDF of the itinerary.
Nera isn't answering. Check your connection. There's an hourly limit on requests; if you hit it, it clears within the hour.
No flight or hotel results. Try the city's main airport, and check your dates aren't in the past. Availability comes from third-party providers and varies by route.
My trip isn't syncing. Trips sync when you're online. Force-quit the app and reopen it; changes made offline upload once you reconnect.
I forgot my password. Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen for a reset link.
