By creating an Itinera account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Itinera.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Itinera. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Itinera lets you send direct messages and share trips with other people. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You may not post, send, or share content that is:
Messages are screened for objectionable language before they are sent, and messages that violate this policy are rejected.
Every conversation and every message includes options to report content and to block the person who sent it. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We remove violating content and terminate the accounts of users who violate this policy.
Blocking someone immediately stops them from sending you messages and hides your conversation with them. You can review and undo your blocks in Profile → Blocked Users.
You keep ownership of the trips, notes, photos, and messages you create. You grant Itinera the limited right to store and transmit that content in order to operate the app — for example, delivering a message to its recipient or showing a trip to a collaborator you invited.
Itinera shows flight, hotel, event, and place information sourced from third parties, and generates suggestions using AI. This information may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Always confirm details with the airline, hotel, venue, or official source before you rely on them. Itinera does not sell travel and is not a party to any booking you make.
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and your data. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, without notice.
Itinera is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Itinera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from travel plans, bookings, or information shown in the app.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Itinera after an update means you accept the revised terms.
